You are about to spend one of the most beautiful times of the year in the holiday home - your vacation! We have put a lot of effort into furnishing and designing the house, and we hope you will feel comfortable. To ensure that it remains cozy and well-maintained in the long run, we have outlined our house rules for you. We ask for your understanding that these rules are necessary:

• Use the holiday home only for residential purposes and for the number of persons specified in the booking. Subletting or transferring the holiday home to third parties is not allowed.
• Treat the inventory as if it were your own. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Exercise extreme caution when using candles. The fireplace should only be operated by adults. Please clean the oven and the grill after use. Do not dispose of tampons, pads, or similar items in the toilet. Please bring the seat cushions of the garden furniture inside the holiday home or the wooden shed overnight.
• For your waste, there are bins for general waste, paper, organic waste, and recycling. Please dispose of glass as usual at designated glass disposal points in Glowe. Sort the waste accordingly.
• Dogs should stay only on the ground floor and not be left unattended on the property. The rules for public places also apply here.
• A parking space is reserved for your car directly at the house. If you have arrived with an electric vehicle, a charging station with an 11 kW power supply is available. You will find a charging cable in the guest shed. To activate the charging station, use the attached RFID chip for authorization. Connect your car to the charging station with a cable first, and when the charging station blinks, touch the RFID chip to start the charging process. We will bill you 55 Ct. per kWh.
• You can use our Wi-Fi with SSID Ferienhaus_Lena_Lisa and network key 1NTTGLLRB3RA7ME4 free of charge. Data is transmitted unencrypted over the Wi-Fi. You are responsible for protecting your data and devices. You are responsible for services used via the Wi-Fi.
• In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask for mutual consideration in every respect. Local quiet hours apply on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 - 3:00 PM and from 10:00 PM onwards.
• In case of problems in the houses or with technology or appliances, please contact our property service NB Reinigungsservice, Am Kurplatz 1 in Glowe, by phone: 0152 37356218 or email: n.bydlock@web.de. Do not attempt to fix things yourself.
• At the end of your vacation, please return the house, little wooden hause and the garden to the condition you found them. Sort the kitchen utensils, dishes, and glasses into the cabinets as intended. Leave the house in a swept-clean condition and return the key to our property service NB Reinigungsservice at Hauptstr. 83 in Glowe by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
